At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Brett Loy learned how to cut his own hair in attempt to learn a new skill and save money. Fast forward a couple years, and he has become THE sus barber, finding a passion for giving crisp, rejuvenating haircuts. Brett now finds himself as a 2nd-year Stats/Data Science student @ UC Davis. You can catch Brett on your nearest block regularly giving the most sus cuts around all of NorCal.
